Rock The House Entertainment Group is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Oakwood, OH

The Marketing Manager will spearhead our efforts in the Live Event and Entertainment industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategies and campaigns for our primary and sub-brands, collaborating with RTH contractors and our creative services team, and assisting with various promotional activities including tradeshows. If you're a creative thinker with a passion for story selling and a drive for innovation, please read on!

How you'll spend your time:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for primary and sub-brands to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and our in-house creative services team to develop compelling marketing materials that support the sales team.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, including event recommendations, booth design, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Maintain and manage the Marketing Campaign Calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Hubspot Marketing Software to streamline marketing workflows and campaigns (training provided).
  • Coordinate and execute new product announcements to generate excitement and interest.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
